A Bank Employee and A Teacher

I would like to compare two jobs in this world. I think that everybody knows the jobs. The kind of the jobs are a bank employee and a teacher. I am going to compare within a babj employee and a teacher from some sides. I will compare about salary, benefits, workplace atmosphere, and perfomance.
Firstly, I am going to compare about salary between a bank employee and a teacher. May be, you know the salary of a bank employee is higher than a teacher. May be, the average of a bank employee income in a month is Rp 3.000.000,00 and the income of a teacher is Rp 1.500.000,00. I compare them from a new employee in both of the jobs. Therefore, the necessary of a bank employee is more sufficient than a teacher.
Secondly, I talk to compare benefit each jobs. I see from vacation. A teacher is more higher his or her vacation than a bank employee. For instance, teacher is also get a long vacation. It's different from a bank employee. He or she stay working at the bank, except : in national holiday. For example : Idul Fitri holiday, Independent day and the other national holidays. Then, I start to compare another benefit, namely : credit facilities. The bank employee is easier for getting anything they want than a teacher. Because a bank employee gets a discount for credit. For example : a bank employee wants to credit a car. He or she is easier to get them than a teacher. Therefore, It will make easy a bank employee for getting all facilities.
Thirdly, I talk about workplace atmosphere. As we know, the teacher always meet with new students in every semester. It will not make the teacher get bored. The condition and situation of workplace always dynamic. Different from a bank employee. A bank employee always only meet his or her friends in job. He or she does not find a new situation or condition. In this side, a teacher is better than a bank employee.
All in all, a teacher is better than a bank employee. Because a teacher get more freedom to execute his or her job. A teacher is not related a strong procedure. Eventhough, the salary is lower than a bank employee.
